We have an extensive exhibition trailer and van hire fleet situated at our site in Sevenoaks, Kent.

Our fleet includes mobile exhibition units, hospitality show trailers, marketing and promotional vehicles and trailers, exhibition and event trailers, mobile bar trailers and roadshow trailers and vans for hire. These are available for self-drive hire or operated for you by Masters as part of an event management package, including delivery, installation and operation. You can hire for as many or as few events as you require or block book for the event season or roadshows.

All hire vehicles can be customised to your exact requirements, including graphics, flags, fixtures and fittings. They are the ideal option for events, roadshows and exhibitions. Hiring is the perfect way to test the water before buying your own unit.

The following options are available:

additional items for you hire: graphics and flags printed and fitted, additional fixtures and fittings, furniture, generator and specialist equipment

Our lease and hire options allow you to ‘test the water’ before committing to a purchase and give you a feel for what you would like in your own exhibition roadshow trailer or promotional van. These can be branded and fitted out to your requirements to make it your own. Many clients hire a trailer or van for their events and marketing roadshows and then purchase once they see the virtue of having an available unit ready for use at any time for events, roadshow and marketing promotions.

We have exhibition van trailers for long and short hires, individual events or a number of events throughout the year. Interchangeable graphics allows you to keep the same graphic panels for each event, we simply store your graphic panels and flags for you and fit them at each event, allowing you to book individual ‘occasional’ events if preferred rather than block book for a season.

Mobile Covid-19 Testing Units and Health Care Screening Clinics

Mobile event vehicles and trailers are the perfect solution for the increased need for Coronavirus (COVID-19) mobile testing units (MTU) and health checks in the community.

They can be modified to suite your requirements or simply add work stations and your own equipment to provide a safe, dry and private environment for medical appointments, enabling both the NHS and private healthcare companies to carry out mobile testing, health and clinical checks, flu jabs and offering help and advice on health, weight, diet and wellbeing.

Mobile vans are a quick and easy 5 minute set up and provide the perfect on-site solution for companies and organisations to offer convenient on-site COVID-19 testing or health check facilities for employees, students, staff, crew members and public.

All vehicles and trailers have fitted seating, wall mounted TV and cupboards. The Mobile event vehicles have an on-board generator and option to connect to mains supply. Trailers can connect to mains or generator.

Our vehicles are 3.5 tonnes and can be self-drive hire on a standard driving licence or operated by one of our experienced drivers. Quotes can be provided for equipment fitting and graphics if required.

Vans are only 7 metre in length so very convenient for parking in more restricted areas, roads sides and smaller car park spaces. Vehicles have low height entrance access. Foldaway assisted access ramps are available for DDA.
