Chassis - We manufacture our chassis' using an all-steel design, with a welded construction finish and a galvanised finish treatment, to ensure a long life. We produce a stiff platform, reducing flex, which means the interior can be fitted to a high standard and last the test of time.
Round Corner Capping - We use high grade, rounded capping, with minimal fixings, to create a rounded body shape.
Wall Panels - Our standard wall panels are hollow, core triangulated and are extremely robust and lightweight. The core is a recycled product and the wall panels are also recycled after use.
Flooring - We manufacture using European sourced, plywood floors with FSC certification.
Floor Coverings - We use a wide range of non-slip coverings, in both wood and stone effects.
Entrance Steps - Our aluminium steps are solid and lightweight with a colour contrast, step edge detail. They have adjustable feet and are easy to fit.
Handrails - Light-weight, TIG welded handrails provide a rigid support. Clamp brackets with positive tightening avoid that 'handrail wobble'.
DDA Ramp - Adjustable ramps are available for our trailers to allow for easy access.
Heavy-Duty Levelling Jacks - Jacks allowing you to position the trailer are an essential feature.
Ceiling Features - The suspended ceiling sections are made up of composite custom tiles mixed with translucent tiles, for borrowed light. This in turn reduces energy use and modular lighting solutions lock in keeping costs low.
