Masters Warranty Infomation
We supply all vehicles and trailers on an ex works basis and the warranty is also based on a return to base repair. As part of our supply we ask that the trailer or vehicle is serviced and maintained during the term of the cover. It is important that all procedures for operation set up and use are followed.
We look at our cover as a partnership with our clients and as part of a bespoke manufacturing service we require the trailer or vehicle returned to enable custom parts to be fitted in a workshop environment. We do also understand that tight schedules do not always allow return to Masters, therefore we are able to provide the warranty works ‘on site’ if the costs to provide the service off site are covered by the customer. Not all works are achievable ‘on site’.
Accidents, errors and bad weather can cause damage or faults with the vehicles we are also able to provide support and repair for these issues and it is always best to return the trailer or vehicle as soon as possible to our works for repair. The costs for the works will be charged as to our standard rate schedule.
Bodywork 1 year Warranty
Our cover is for the key secondary elements in particular Electrical 240v and 12v vehicle lighting. Ceiling grid, interior fitting custom manufactured furniture, flap and extensions. Component parts and non Masters manufactured items will be covered by the respective manufacturers agreements and terms of supply.
Service and Maintenance agreement
All trailers and vehicles require will require six week inspection after delivery, this enables all parts to be checked and settling in period of use to be established.
Annual inspection and service is required for all parts of the trailers and vehicles this is also required to cover electrical wiring first aid equipment and fire extinguishers.
